Looks like the 9R has to much helix. Clearly not shifting out very far. A 56-42.36 is big helix for an N/A sled.

91 will work fine at higher elevation, you will have to be nice to the sled at low elevation, or get some octane booster from a local store. Important to note that this is for the Axys 800, not the 850. The 850 has a fair bit more compression stock and requires Av gas at 5lbs.

the kit comes with new primary spring, weights and secondary spring. With your helix, you would use the B side and need a different secondary spring.

This is a 2019 Axys 800 @ 5lbs that i build a few years ago.

They cant keep his sled. He will have to sign a waiver stating that he understands that he still cant ride his sled and, if he chooses to do so, he is effectively voiding his warranty. I had to sign one when i got my recalls done.

It cant pull the 2.52 gearing because the stock clutching wont allow it. When its clutched correctly a 2.42 is the desired ration.
