The 22 boost has a 66-44.40 helix, which is way to much initial angle. The 2023 boost went to a straight 46, which isnt enough on the bottom and too much on top. Most of the response will come from the tune. The set up above will help with response, but the tune makes it way more responsive.
Stock tune run 74 gram polaris 10 series weight or EPI belly busters. Pair that with a 140/330 primary and get rid of the straight 46 and go with a 56/40.36 with a 175/240. If you want to run a 10hp tune ( highly recommended) go with 76 gram weights.
Valemount is still my go to, but with accommodations being an issue and lack of snow, we have gone to Revy 3 times this year. Mother nature hasnt been helping Valemount or Mcbride.
Yes. Compared it to a few 165 Doo turbo's and the Doo will climb slightly higher do to its lighter weight. But the rear skid on this lynx is worth the weight difference. If you only ride tight trees, the Doo would be a better choice.
Regardless of what that number is, the skidoo is almost maxed out on how much boost can be run on pump gas. Only a 1/2 PSI more can be added to the Gen5 before needing Av gas. The boost can run 2.5PSI more on pump gas. I feel Skidoo is light on there HP number and is more like 185-190 and...
