I think the main issue is the helix. Its to much helix in the mid/top end. With a 48/36 you are almost never in the first or last number, so it acts like a 47/37. In deep snow you are trying to pull to much angle. Those full progressive helix's are also notorious for slow backshift. Ideally...

That would be fun. But if its completely stock to stock, the T Doo wins hands down. Takes a fair amount of work to get the boost to an acceptable level of performance.

The 3.2 is OK. it folds with power tho. I have ran the alpha track, the power claw 3", the X3, X3.2, Conquorer 2.80 and the skidoo 3". The Alpha and Skidoo 3" are the 2 best tracks

Put a skidoo 3" on and that opinion will change immediately

Exactly. When you go from 40mph track speed to 55+ mph track speed, things start to get easier. Gets up on snow faster, maintains ground speed longer and allows you some forgiveness if you do hit a tight spot and have to slow right down or stop.
