it cant be too hard to install, its just a few rivets and screws. I ordered one too it arrived the day after my sled blew up again haha i think somebody upstairs hates me
no dont cut it witha hack saw because youre gonna have to run the wires through the new riser too unless you dont care that you will look like a goof haha. i took my switch apart too bad idea i lost some little part that centers the hud control switch :(
ya i have an 09 and i bent both lower stock ones and i ordered the standard size holz ones and the stance is wider and thats why the holz ones come with lightweight tierods that are longer than stock
Try asking for the polaris goodwill warranty from your dealer. I have no warranty left but theyre gonna pay for all the parts, just not labor. Its not free but it helps big time. If it happens again, I think im just gonna steal the engine out of my dads lawnmower its never had a problem

ha well that sucks for him but they should have to prove that the a-arms somehow caused the blow-up. That would be impossible to prove since its not possible ha id lose it if i were him. I even have an aftermarket pipe and can on my engine and the warranty's expired and theyre still warrantying...
I bought a set from holz racing they bolt right on and work great so far. They were also about half the price of factory parts, they come in black or red powder coat so they look cooler and they seem stronger. They also came with a set of lightweight tierods. Did yours bend sitting in the back...
My 09 RMK 800 just went again too because the cold coolant shrunk the block too much and scraped the pistons. My dealer is experimenting with those "gizmo" things too, but dont have any results yet. Im thinking of just pulling the thermostat right out so its not getting the shock of freezing...
