I really don't have anywhere that I usually go riding, as I just got this new quad, and my old one I just used for yard work and hunting. I know the guys from work like alder flats, I've never been there. How hard was it to put the shims in? I see you said it was the most noticeable, does...
I haven't rode one, but a buddy I work with has one and loves it. The only downside(if you can call it one) that I have heard is you don't have as good of fender protection from mud and water as the other 4X4 quads out there. Good luck and welcome.
Hey Brian,
When you say shims in the clutch, is that the coop 45 mod, where you can put up to 2mm of yammie clutch spacers behind the sheeve? I am also thinking about doing that to get a little more low end. Keep me posted on the results, maybe we can get out for a ride sometime.

Hi Everybody,
Just signed up with the forum, lots of good and interesting info on here. Mostly been into sleddin, but have had a quad more for yard work and hunting mostly, old 89 300 Honda 4X, this thing is bullet proof. The guys I work with go out quite a bit, for more serious sport riding I...
