You may have one fouled plug and only running on one side. I was refering to the lights on the dash. eg. engine light. I should have been a bit clearer on that. my bad.

Any lights come on ? Did you try changing plugs ? just a thought

You should put the washer back in but behind the plastic. Less chance of it pulling the switch through the plastic in the event the tether freezes on. JMO
