I'm on my way out solo today looking for someone to ride owls or queest with tomorrow. Willing to tour someone around some of my spots even. Fire me a text 4038756130
I really hate to interrupt the arguing over cops but here's a little update for those who are actualy here for conditions. We rode hunter/owls today and it's got me thinking spring is pretty much here. The rain has made its way up around 5000' and the 6" of "snow" up top was more like hail. All...
I'm not to sure what the deal is ether. The snow bridge is in but they aren't grooming past there for some reason? Oh and the shed is just about out of wood. but that only matters if your willing to try and jump a piece of wood up the roughest trail around on your $15k sled lol.
We went up rocky point today. Parked at the 2 km in the rain. Was pretty wet most of the way up. Was raining tell around 4200' and real wet heavy snow up top. None of the slides have let go yet but I'd expect them to go in the next week with the warm temps. Visibility was next to none so we just...
Something easy to check that I believe was my issue is the throttle safety switch. Easy to take the throttle block apart and unplug it. It might not be moving right to hit the micro switch. You can also try minipulating the pin to try and trip it by pushing/pulling on the pin for the flipper...
Both hoods are similar but slightly different for the intake. Your probably just after the two strips for the sides of the hood. They should swap no problem.
I thought about the Tss once I got it back to the truck but don't think I have a small enough torx to get it apart at the bars. Or can I unplug it somewhere farther down the line? Do a lot of guys just leave it unplugged? I'm not sure how the tss works but it wasn't that cold today, around 0 I...
I've got a Two part question. Wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue. Yesterday when I unloaded the sleds, mine had a crazy bog every time I reved it up. Would spitter a bit and die some times if I tried to give it to much throttle. I let it idle for a bit and warm up more and...
The options there are limited and very dependent on big spring storms. Onion lake and the sugar bowl are the two areas. Look in the n.w Alberta section. Don't get your hopes up its probably pretty rocky still. It can go from deep to nothing but rock in a day or two
Deffinatly misread that. Thought you were just explaining how the lots were going to run this year. Surprised the snows down that low but that's good. We'll have to head out there Some time mid week.
Has anyone been up forster to see where the snow is? I remember the one bank let go onto the road last spring so might be tough to get up there if the snow isn't below there. Can't remember what km that was at any more or hopefully someone pushed it out of the way over the summer.
Unfortunately most of the company's don't put up very good descriptions for the post forward spacer. I don't understand why it doesn't come as a complete kit. but depending if you prefer the laydown type steering you may still wanna do it. Basically makes your sled like a doo. The bars will...
I haven't gotten around to buying a kit yet but sounds like you may be confused. The 3" post forward kits iv seen are a lay down stearing setup so you ditch the two separate posts and all the linkage for a long one piece post that runs from the bars straight down to the tie rods.
