So I ended up with a 2019 silber kit from wpm in westlock. I must say the fit and finish is top notch. They were having great success with the SHR clutch kits. Who sell a complete team clutching setup in AB.
I won't be picking up the alpha unfortunately. I did get the chance to take a 18 cat for a rip a thought it was great handling sled. It's a sled that I immediately felt comfortable on, better than my 15 xm. The gen4 that I rode was also impressive and that's how I ended up with one. Hopefully...
Anyone ever remove their stock exhaust heat shields and have stock pipe ceramic coated without anything melting. Seems to b a fair bit of clearance around the pipe. 1 issue I see is the exhaust support bracket is attached to the heat shield. Need to fab a bracket to replace that.

Sounds really crisp. I'll b riding trees mostly so want crisp and quick spooling.
So no sending the ECU in, thats a plus. Didn't see or catch that on their website. Actually talked with mtnkt sounds pretty interesting. Was told that more info would b released at hay days.
They use a smaller Garrett 2554r for the gen 4.

So for those that have silber turbos would u do it again? From what I've been gathering is a mixed bag of reviews. A lot to do with issues with getting the ECU flashed and returned, customer service and some clutching issues. I like the benefits that this kit offers but most importantly want it...
Looking for a secure place to leave truck and enclosed trailer sicamous or revy in jan. It would be there for a month roughly. Sicamous perferably if there's such a place. Trying to cut down on some driving.
