My sled has Arrived! I saw some in edmonton yesterday, The 3900 is so tiny with that super short tunnel, it's going to be fricken fun to do bowties with it!
Yes you guys are right, when the snow is good its a fricken blast in those hills! some good jump spots.
I usually put my spacers on the wide stance on my summits so i dont think i'll be narrowing the front end. I'll like it wide for jumps and
drops, plus i can handle the trees no problem.
I ordered my Lynx DS3900 from Stojan's this spring. I'm excited to get it but waiting till our harvest is done to call. First Mod will be a higher elevation kit, what will be your first Lynx mod?
Not yet, I'm hoping to at the end of this month. I've seen them in revelstoke 2 years ago when Andreas Bergmark was there with his. They looked so cool!
I know of three guys in the past year that either broke a reservoir or had moisture build up in the shock and completely collapsing. Also a few guys had the valve stems break and let ice get in the shock
No matter what brand you decide to go with i would make sure that they have some coil springs! you don't want to be left stranded with a blown/ iced up air shock in the backcountry. There are some great coil over shock combinations out there!
I was in Valemount/ blue river this weekend zero issues. Just respect the rules, wear a mask indoors where asked to and if anything go drive thru for food if you dont want to wear a mask.
