The boys at Bow ridge are amazing! Jason and the service team there took care of my two gen4's. And saved me over $1000 From what Bow cycle quoted me. And that was just simple things including updates. If you want seriously great guys to deal with and know that your sled is in good hands take it...
tried that pass Kootenay last year, and if its wind blown it is VERY difficult. As well there is a large avalanche run that you need to cross, and 2 times last year we had come up on it maybe a day after it had slide down. It is a big one, and you are riding sidehill across a very steep avy risk...
i thought Castle was shut down/? where in Castle are you in the pic? you can PM me if you'd like, i rode a lot of Castle last year but haven't went there this year as i was told it was shut down.?
I think the wife and I will try Cataract Sat as well. will be our first time out, but lack of my regular riding buddy will limit the mountain exposure that i will take her into. Hopefully we will still be able to have some fun with long track 3" lugs.
One more thing, I looked up and it says...
i have the FXR core. clear lens. love them. i have posted on another thread about these. I went out last weekend didnt change goggles once. Had them full of snow, took them off, they frosted up, plugged them in and clear as glass. I can't say enough about them, i just wish i wouldve gotten...
wore mine last weekend. They are Freakin great!!! usually i am swapping googles 3-4 times a day, but with these it was one pair all day. The cord was a bit of a hassle initially, but once i got used to it, it was a non issue. I unplugged when i was free riding and then plugged back in when i...
Our new years day ride was great.. temps went up and there was about 40cm new snow.. still could use another 50-100cm.. but overall a great day..went in at atlas and up to the gorge and found some neck deep snow..

Just ordered a pair as well... my wife has the skidoo heated ones.. I am excited to use these at least on the trails up to the riding areas.. and even on the cold foggy days I'm pretty excited to use them.. even if I only use them for up and down the mountain I figure it's worth it... has been...
went to Atlas today.. there is new snow.. the road in is a covered but there are still some small rocks under.. its not bad at all... Headed to the cabin.. had nice fire, then headed west, found some good snow in the trees.. Hero deep in a lot of places.. pretty amazing. be cautious on the...
We accessed down lodgepole rode... you deffinetly need a radio, there is logging activity.. make sure you know what your doing. We have a radio, use one and call up and down the road is narrow.. and the staging is very small edge of road, no big trailers, just enough for a truck with deck.. but...
went to Elkford friday.. snow was decent, trails were great, freshly groomed.. The conditions were early but there was decent cover and fresh to play in up at Smith basin... we had a throttle break and had to go early but we had a ton of fun.. was our first time there, but we will be back. Some...
was up at Morrissey and Harvey pass last 2 days.. Morrissey staging is past the Sea-can, the trail up is a bit rough and some gravel but is ridable. The pipeline is tracked out but has cover. If you head south at Cabin there is some good tree riding, fresh lines can be had, obviously early...
