Temperature is dropping here, but snow has finally stopped. Power came back on this afternoon after 47 hours being out.
Wife is home, so glad she is back.
Ski doo has released photos of its new, stronger drive chain for the 2024 models. They are going to include a spare as well, just incase the original breaks.

I went for a good ride today on the Phazer, about 6 hours, plowed another 17 inches of snow since I plowed yesterday.
A neighbor lady came snowmobiling with me, and showed me a nice trail, but we couldn't get through to the other end on our trail sleds.
We should expect better from all brands, be it sleds, or cars/trucks.
Build 1000 and give them to the public, tell them to drive them hard, see what problems they have, then fix those issues correctly.
It never crossed my mind that the chains or gears would break.
Maybe riding oblivious the past 5 years has saved me, my 2018 Cat has never left me stranded.
They are far more polluting to build, and then charging them is also often just burning fuel to do as well.
Wouldn't it be better to just buy an ICE to begin with.
My wife was set on an electric car a couple years ago, till she drove them, and researched them, then she went with another gas...
