I havent changed from stock yet. just got the truck 2 weeks ago. looking on the internet seems like guys went with the readylift adjustable track bar and a set of dual steering dampners such as the bilstein sets seem to have fixed the problem. your lift has nothing to do with it. My truck is...
My truck is totally stock with 22,000 kms. i will check it out. thanks. drives me crazy how ford pretends like my truck is the only truck that this has ever happened to .
I am experiencing the death wobble problem that alot of other f350 guys have. fix seems to be adding aftermarket track bar and steering stabilizer. figuired i would do this when installing a leveling kit.
I just picked up a 2015 f350 and can't decide on which levelling kit to go with. I am not interested in cheap ebay lifts . Want to install a good quality kit and maybe change out track bar and add better steering stabilizers. Thinking medium road budget. Don't mind spending $600 or so. Just...
Carli, Lorenz or Thuren leveling kits? which one to get? i currently run a revtek 2" and although its fine for the money spent i am willing to spend more to get a better ride quality. just looking for your thoughts and what you guys are using. dont want a lift kit.
the motors are fine. Its the rest of the truck thats junk. I drive for work a 2012 F150 extended cab long box. I dont drive it hard at all. only 37000 kms. Has had tons of issues, recently rear diff trouble. power windows not working, etc. but they are cheaper than chev and dodge so i guess you...
Well have over 1000 kms on my set up right now. Hauls it like a dream, installed air bags and Torklift load stabilzers. very happy with the ride and handling.
I want to get a set of torklift quick disconnect lower load stabilizers, part #a7311. Noticed some bc suppliers on there website but after i called them most do not even know what i am talking about. Anybody have any ideas where to get these other than ebay
Today I installed 2" longer Skyjacker shocks in the front and firestone air bags in the back. Night and day ride quality difference. Should have done this way sooner.
Found a nice camper that I am interested in. The only problem is that the camper has a 36.5" center of gravity where my truck has a 35" center of gravity. Most guys say not to go over the line, actually you should be before the line towards the cab of the truck. I will be installing air bags and...
My payload I believe is 2700 lbs. on the forums all over the net guys with mega cabs are hauling campers that weigh 2800lbs dry while carrying a ski boat or other trailer with no problems and have put tons of Kms on this package with no problems
i think if I run air bags, torklift load helpers...
