That sounds like a great idea grubby. Too bad you did not have any pictures, it sounds like your set up is exactly what he needs. How much and where are you located.
Yah the diamonbacks are sweet but very pricey. I like the atv riser but i need someone to confirm if his 2013 brute force that is 67" from the front bumper to the center of the rear axles will fit into a 2011 f150 with 5.5 box and not need the tailgate to be there.
Because of the 5.5 ft box the rear tires sit on the tailgate. The only thing i can think of is a atv riser but i am not sure it will be enough to get the rear tires in the box and not on the tailgate as the tailgate will be removed.
FRIEND OF MINE HAS THIS SITUATION. 2011 f150 with 5.5 box, 2013 brute force and a travel trailer. while hauling the quad the rear tires sits on the tailgate but in order to haul the travel trailer the tailgate has to be up or removed as it will hit while turning. I have seen those atv risers on...
2012 ecoboost, 3.73 gears, max tow capacity, 11,300. No word of a lie it pulls my trailer with my quad in back better than my 06 dodge ram 2500 did and gets about the same mileage while doing it. Love the ecoboost.
will do, i have raceline scorpion wheels, itp blackwater evolution tires, warn 3000 winch and power madd handguards going on as soon as my front tires arrive.
Well i went with BFG all terrains, 285/65r18. running about 35PSI in them now as the truck is empty. I will bumpe them up to 40 or 45 as per what you guys say. They sure look good on the truck, very happy with them.
Yes, i will be pulling this trailer. It weighs about 6400lbs with the water tanks full. I pulled it with a demo f150 ecoboost with the same 3.73 gears and max tow package that mine has and it pulled it easily. I took it up 2 long steep hills and it did not miss a beat. The e rated tires that i...
Should i be putting on d rated tires or e rated. I occasionaly will be pulling close to 8000lbs with my ecoboost. If i put on e rated i think i will be having the pressure sensor light come on. What have you guys been doing?? Basically i want to put on a 285/65r18 tire instead of the 275/65r18...
Here is my dilema, i am for surely buying a 2012 f-150 proabbaly this week. Here is what i am going to do with it. Roughly about twice a month i will be hauling my 26 foot travel trailer and my 2010 yamaha grizzly to the cabin which is 2 hours away from me and mainly flat with a couple of small...
Tired of just wearing hiking boots. Interested in the fox comp 5 offroad boot with the aggresive sole or the mxrx boots. Anyone have any experience with these boots or any other atv boot. I want to be able to get off the quad and walk around, but at the same time get a waterproof and gripped sole.
