Your local airport should be able to supply it. Two weeks ago I paid 1.63 per litre. as far as I know it registers 100.5 mon and 103.2 Ron. Considering its intended purpose I would say that it is a highly regulated fuel and in most cases would probably register a higher octane rating than that...
David at dps is in the fine tuning stages of his controller that monitors tps, barometric pressure, map and mat to make necessary fueling adjustments for the T etec. I'm hoping to get my hands on it towards the end of January.
I'm just trying to find a replacement for my dobec controller. Sled runs fine once tuned but I ride 2200'-8000' so it's allot of tuning. Looking for a less temperamental system. As of this point redline is the only outfit that I have contacted that will sell the fuel controller by itself.
Destroyed my stock secondary, buddy that was helping me got a little rough with it in my 100 ton press while I was workin on the primary. So far very happy with my team setup with aero kit in primary.
Hey fellas, just wondering if anybody has done any charge temp testing with the S to A setup from aero? I'm still running the non intercooled and tryin to decide if I wanna shell out the coin for it or just build my own water to air. Anybody know their pre cooler IAT's and post cooler IAT's?
I'd have to double check but if I remember right, the compressor inlet is 4" the 90* is a 4"to3" with the rest of the piping being 3". There's 3. 3" stainless joiner pieces connecting it.
Try and keep your intake as short as possible, shorter it is the more responsive your turbo will be. I wanted my intake to remain under the hood so I had to make my longer than I like.
For $100 you can build one yourself, I built mine with piping from frozen boost. I'm running diamond s mesh hood with the intake routed just under the hood. Hopefully get some pictures tonight.
What're you running for spring/helix setup in yours if you don't mind me asking? I just installed aerochargers spring and ramps into the primary haven't gotten allot of seat time on her yet for tuning purposes other than to setup turbo and fueling. Assuming I'll have to change up primary setup...
Just ordered my team tied setup for my aero turbo etec from ken at moutian Magic. Hoping his setup on it will be close to my liking. Had a wreck with my stock secondary otherwise I'd have just ordered doo Dr floating kit and tuned the qrs.
