I got the clutch, gearing, clutch cover and brake cover done. I was blowing a belt a day before now I've gone 3 days no problem. Can touch clutches and belt after multiply pulls. :):):)

I think the problem is they are so fun to ride that a guy never gives them any time to cool down so the belt finally gives up. :cool:

i took the plastic bushing out and sanded the flat piece until it fit tight.

Not sure if its the same as the 800's but the top bushing is not very tight to begin with and they are a 2 piece bushing. I could see daylight between the post and bushing so all I did was sand the flat side of the bushing down and it tightened it up pretty good. Only have two rides on it since...

You can go up Morkill River and up a water fall and skirt the park but you need extra fuel and spring snow. Its a great adventure.
