I quad up there all the time, there are some nasty hills on the west side of the river heading towards Long Lake. We ate currently riding rzrs this winter, what a blast.
There are two groups, one doing the entire ride, the other starting at Saunders, then quading around Nordeg. the one doing the entire trail is starting St horburg 9:30am, the other at Saunders 10:30am.

What time are you leaving rocky? If you cut out the skeg and the last potion of the ride you will save a couple hours. I am undecided wether to bring quad or sxs.

I bought an 08 sportsman 300 for my daughter when she was 12, great machine for starters. She is 14 now and rides the kodiak 400. The SP300 is a stable light machine that has a smaller footprint, the power is slow and steady. I have it for sale now if you are interested?
