A quick question about changing belts? How do you open the secondary clutch to change the belt. The team secondary on the sleds have a threaded hole to screw in a tool to open the sheeves. I could'nt find one on the quad?

It's your MCX ecu which should be located on the rad shroud on the left side. It is small, aluminum and has a vac hose and wires attached to it. Don also mentioned to ground it to the battery, not to the frame, which the mcx manual recommeded. He said the ground can fail on the frame which can...

Any information on the 190+ upgrade for the MCX 180 kits. I 've heard reprograming, more weight in primary, approx. 1-2 lbs more boost and good to go.

They may be the same company, but there definitely is a difference between the team and oem, just compare the two. I could'nt believe the difference. If the team is lasting, the oem should last longer with fewer problems. (broken chain) Is it worth the extra $100.00 bucks, not sure but heli...

So, like a meathead, I ordered the cheaper one. It was team 70 link 3/4" wide borg warner silent chain. I removed the chain from the bag and compared it to the used one. The used oem chain from yamaha with 7000km nasty kms on it was "like new" compared to the "new" low quality chain that I got...

Upon further inspection of the stock chain, the name morse was written on every second link. It appears morse builds chains for yamaha and can be purchased for $100.00 bucks!?

My chain has 7000km, need to change it out. The yami chain is $220.00!!! Aftermarket chains run about 100.00 bucks. Are they any good?
