    New sled, what ta buy??

Have you geared down and clutched that sled yet? World of difference on the 163. Few less ponies but it’s quite a bit lighter as well.

    New sled, what ta buy??

So what are you buying Jeffafa? Stinky kitty? 175 G4 with a two up seat? I know it won’t be poopoo because even a fat kid like you can’t eat that much crow lol

    Which powersaw to buy

Those low pro piccos are still like cutting maple with a butter knife. The PS and PM all cut about the same and I don’t believe you can buy a power head with a 3/8 bar and Picco chain so by the time you set up the 170 probably paid better part of a saw already equipped that runs a better chain.

    Which powersaw to buy

The biggest downside to those saws is those micro chains. They don’t cut for crap if you need anything more than a limb trimmer. Your old Mulloch will out cut those micro chain saws all day. Get any saw not using those micro chains, a MS250 would be my suggestion for an inexpensive home owner...

    New sled, what ta buy??

Have you spent much time on the Alphas? I can’t say I am a fan of them at all and damn they feel heavy in the snow. I can’t imagine you on anything but a Doo these days and honestly the G4’s are decent enough. 165 expert I think would put you right at home but for your used to the 174 so a 175...

    Axys 800 Reliability

The 18+ 800’s are the motors to go with if you can. The improved cooling is noticed and not running a snow flap for two years and not one over temp even on icy trails in. The clutching for the 155 2.6 isn’t horrible, I actually felt like it was one of the best stock sleds I have had. Once you...

    snow check

You likely won’t see any bug leads until they are delivered and the sales dept calls the buy and then they inform them they can’t take it.

    WTB motocross bike

Motocross bikes are designed for starting once, lots of short duration laps around a track hitting whoops and kickers. None really make a decent “trail” bike. Even stock the suspension is going to be stiff for casual riding. They can get finicky when hot, the newer ones have been a little...

who would make he best conservative party canada leader?

It doesn’t matter who the party leader is or if the Liberals lose control to another party, the next PM and their party is doomed before they have been elected. There was a concerning amount of spending occurring before all of these recent bailouts and handouts and now the country’s debt is so...

    Costco golf cart batteries

It’s still the voltage and user defined charge times for specific battery manufacturers that the on-board chargers lack as they all basically charge to 13.2-13.6v and then consider the battery full. I have a 3 stage unit in my trailer, I will not likely ever plug in to shore power to charge the...

    Costco golf cart batteries

I don’t have them but I know people who do and like any battery proper charging and maintenance is key. Charge them to the manufacturer specifications, keep them topped up with water and preferably equalize them once a year. On-board chargers will rarely maintain RV batteries properly. A...

It’s going to be Toronto if they relax the 14 day waiting period in Canada. West was already given to Vegas from what I had read.

No not fuel injected but computer compensated/controlled. Some of the old timers will scoff at the idea of having a little mini computer in their saw but I guess they prefer vehicles you require timing lights to set the timing as well...

    RV Inverter/Converter Upgrade

Yeah I was just trying to get an idea where you could get a supply from. Interesting floor plan. The wardrobe would likely give you some area to hide any of your wiring improvements and even mount a small inverter if it’s similar to what I see online. I would still fuse anything you add with...

    RV Inverter/Converter Upgrade

What model is it? Can you tie into the 12v that is at the main Tv and run a second supply to bedroom? All of your lighting should be 12v as well so there is ample areas to get power from. If adding a larger inverter is your only option is your shore power near your pass through? You could...

That 271 is gone along with the little 211. The 261 is hands down the best little saw I have used as a prosumer unit. As light as the 211 and more power than the 271.

    RV Inverter/Converter Upgrade

My solution for that when dry camping was a 12v cigarette adapter installed near the TV and a small inverter I can plug in when required to charge phones or run the tv/DVD Most new LCD/LED TVs are very low wattage do you don’t need a large inverter. Upgrading your onboard charger/invertor...

Haha I have no idea why but last year I felt I needed a photo of my saws too. No big iron but good enough for me.
