I feel like I already ride with this group being pretty much the youngest guy most days.
The fresh smell of a535 and clicking of pill boxes while unloading. The only thing missing is someone with a AED and a bottle of Nitro.
Go Team Robaxacet!
😝
I just checked the rack rate today for Petro, Imperial, and Co-Op and they are all higher than the pump by good margin and that was almost all of BC and AB that I spot checked.
I get almost daily updates from Imperial/Esso and today it was almost 30 cents more $1.97 vs $1.69 at the local...
The 600 CFI is probably Polaris’s most underrated and most reliable motor they have produced. We have a 2020 for my wife and being in the Axys is nice but she previously tried a 13 600 Pro 155 which was just as capable and in 2013 me riding that 600 is what sold me on the Proride chassis coming...
I know Co-Op has bought all the Western Husky’s so that will likely increase availability but as you mentioned it may only be applicable for the ones operated by your local retailer.
Is anyone using card locks and getting better rates than at your local fuel station?
I have a Esso cardlock access and the daily rate is more than 10-20 cents higher than the local pumps here in BC
A quick look at Calgarys Cardlock and I see clear diesel around $1.60/L and on gas buddy I see...
The percentage of ethanol will vary for the supplier to meet the government requirements based on their individual fuels make up. I am not concerned about up to 10%.
What is maybe more concerning is the new fuel requirements are supposed to become more restrictive each year until 2030.
I am...
I would talk to people who specifically have run the series 8 on boosted sleds. Some guys found the lugs too soft and folded over more under boost and have gone to cut down Doo tracks or other options.
I have really beat on my MY21 series 8 and I am replacing it with a MY22 series 8 which has...
Are you telling me or maybe responding to Sean?
I didn’t say anything about turbos but I do agree with Sean that factory turbos are not the turbos of yesterdays aftermarket world. I am not a Doo guy anymore but they work extremely well in all terrain and having ridden a number of them in the...
It’s been a few years of being told it was a Polaris piston and was reminded again today it’s a Polaris piston.
Now that could just be a carry over of old info as Carl’s used to use separate jugs for their 900 kit and now uses a mono block, so they have changed somethings for sure.
They ran a 900 NA on the hill climb circuit last year with the Boost. Seems odd to offer a 900 but for someone who doesn’t want the price tag of a turbo, or the weight and feels they don’t need a turbo and if it’s 4 year warranty, they would have the current highest power NA production sled...
I am going to miss Alberta for one thing, insurance premiums. My 21 Khaos was $322/yr full replacement value. The 20 Pro RMK was $286/yr. That is through the personal that Teth-air mentioned, they have been excellent to deal with for at least 10 years for me but you do need to be part of a group...
The Matryx gained weight with its extra plastic when it came out in the short tracks. It was no surprise it was a little heavier than the previous equivalent Axys RMK. More plastic in the body panels and larger gauge/display.
I just towed my 7500lb loaded cargo trailer from AB to BC and I forgot it was there until I started passing people on single lane. You do forget it’s there when the truck is chugging along at 1200 rpm at 115-120. My travel trailer was lighter and never really felt it back there.
Lock it out of...
