If you have a 13 do the updates. (gearing, the secondary clutch and the clutch cover). I blew a belt early last year and none since, it is an awesome machine now.
Yesterday at Prosper Pine there was about 10" of new snow with a total of 130cm probed at the start of the meadow. When we went back today there was about 8" of fresh and it was snowing when we left.
I was out yesterday at both Yanks and Prosper Pine areas and there was about 8" of new snow. The groomer had just done the trails the night before and not doing them again until after boxing day. There was only a couple of groups out there so there is a lot of untracked snow. The Yanks cabin is...
I put the BDX anti stab kit on right away and no problems yet. I see all over the net that the 3.0 pitch is notorious for stabbing. I think it should come stock but for $100 you should put on asap.
I did not change it back to stock and ran the set up from Apex Jeff again for another couple of rides and really it works pretty well. I can get up and go a bit easier and not trench as bad. I still do however need to fine tune the suspension pressures. I am running 65 in fronts and 150 in the...
Hi, there is about 8 of us that would like to head to the Whistler area and stay and ride for a bit. Are there any places that you would recommend to stay that are sledder friendly. We will probably have atleast 2 big enclosed trailers.
Where are the must ride places?
Thanks
Is anyone trying a Dayco Belt on the 2013 ProClimb 800? I have one that is a limited 163 with es and I blew a belt at 140 miles this weekend. I know this is nothing new but it is all stock with a bit of venting. The clutches were hottt to say the least. I have tried to call some Dayco belt...
I did the set up on my 800 and found it not be as good a set up as how it came stock. I did however play with the pressures in my shocks and like that with the stock setup.. I will be changing suspension back later today, to stock holes.
I found these at a sled swap meet for cheap but the guy said they where for a 04 summit but I don't think so. They are for a big wheel kit for something but I am not sure for what.
HELP!!!
I have pumped up the shocks and found a good spot to keep them at but I do think I may look at changing the simmons skis out to something else. The sleds seems to be turning way better.
I but the risers on and everything was long enough to work. I had to re route the throttle and brake line, but it worked. Also if you do the post forward mod in a hurry(lol) make sure you re route the fuel tank vent line.
I have a 800 summit highmark extreme and want to replace the stock 7" riser block with a RSI 10" riser. Will the cables and brake line etc be long enough to do this?
Thanks
I am looking for some suspension for my 04 rev 162 2.5 . I have read good things about timberlsed and others so I think now it will come down to $$. Where could I order from to get the best deal here in Canada or should I order across the border. I actually think I want the Timbersled MTN Tamer...
