Sportsman is now Travelodge. Still doing 72$ sled rate this year. Big parking lot, Cameras cover all parking lot. You can see it when you check in ehehe. All rooms have 42" flatscreens. Walking distance to everything.
Tourism Golden got some Hotels on board and are going to be giving vouchers out for free 3rd nights... No Frills, No Catches. Think they're only printing 200 of them. Has to be one of the best deals at the show.
I'll be there looking for some new Klim Pants!

I rode a 2011 600 etec last year. Has great power, was only a 146" track but easily kept up with the guys I rode with that day. The new 600's are not to be underestimated! I believe the hp in the new 600 etec was simliar to the mid 2000's 800's

Read this already! Awesome magazine! Is going to be a huge magazine. Nothing like it. All mountain. Lots of great articles. No boring cross country trail stuff. Can't wait to try out some of the tips!
The Old Rim owners sold. No longer support. Sportsman still biggest sponsors, owner sleds. Close to half dozen bars, restaurants and gas stations. HUGE parking lot! Hot tub, sauna, pool. They did $72 sledder rate last year!! Value for Money, crazzy to stay anywhere else.
Hiked in yesterday. Wish I took my sled. Was still tons of snow. Lake is still frozen and covered. Is one of my favorite hikes but was super ugly. Still some good snow melt to go.
Was out at Silent Pass today. The snows sooo deep right now unless you are ready for chest deep powder stay in the prairies. :)
