New electronics. No boost hose anymore.

No problems with the new box. Reason being is that there is no more boost sence line in it it's all controlled by the map. All electronic now.

New electronics use a external map sensor, run much more consistent and cleaner. If you have a solenoid you have to mount that runs to the throttle bodies it's the old electronics. Just telling you this stuff because the new kits run way better than the old kits fuelling wise.

Plus you got the old style turbo.. The new ones have the exhaust welded to the turbo also This must be a old kit he had laying around. Lots of new differences on the new kits.

Beautiful sled, just 1 question, why the old style exhaust?? That does not run well in deep snow this is why the change out of the shock tower. This is just what I have been told from aerocharger. It snuffs in deep snow very bad in that location. Just what I was told.

was no problem for them to match it up. They had burnt orange for a color where I got it done.

not this time buddy, I built this for Jordan, he is my riding buddy now. We will keep them for 2 seasons. They may have turbos by winters end but not selling them this year

i don't really know, t his is the first time I wrapped the tunnel, I usually polish them. Htr assures me that it will hold up well. It's really thick material on the wrap. I think it will be ok.

Just a bit of powder coating, tunnel wrap, clutching, can etc. turned out ok I think.

I don't want to bash any manufacturer of the turbo kits, but I will say as you know I have had every sled I have owned including many pros,and a 13 cat last year boosted with nothing negative to say about them, a buddy of mine still has my copper 174 pro I built and its still running perfect...

had my xm boosted last year and never again, 872 if I want more power..

Hey guys just wondering when the earliest you have ridden in either hassler, beaver creek, core lodge, bull moose etc? We ride these areas all,the time but usually in late December but don't really want to drive to vale if we have snow here. Thx

I have the new wildcat X and its awesome, I have only had a teryx, rzr s, rhinos, and have ridden with xp900 and the wildcat is awesome.. definitely best bang for the buck, under 17g I could still supercharge it and be cheaper than a xp 1000..
