Don't we as independent individuals, have a say what we do? Like where we park when we are out riding? Or if we think it's safe to go ripping up a hill when there is other people going up it also? Or even being a part of any event big or small no matter of the consequences? Just saying! I don't...
I run the 37 helix with a black dalton spring and like it much better than the 47degree with purple epi.. Little more zingy with 37, not so lazy as the 47 is..it pulls good track speed and has awesome backshift. Just have to load the primary a bit more for the helix.
The viper will do anything any other sled will do and have reliable power all the time. my 14 yr old boy is amazing on his viper and he came off a 15 pro 163, he rode mine viper 1 time and wanted me to build him another viper turbo, he loves the chasis as I do.. light years ahead of the nitro.
I'll tell ya I have built and ridden all manufactures, turboed every one of them, and after building 2 new viper turboes 1 for me and 1 for my 14 yr old boy, we won't be going back to the 2 strokes any time soon. The viper will do anything my turbo xm would and be able to run more power...
just curious why the exhaust temp sensor is not used in the boost it kit? I also have a stage 1 mpi kit on my boys viper and it uses the sensor in the same spot as stock, I am just wondering if it would be better to weld a bung in the pipe before the turbo and put it back in there or just leave...
Thats good news for the 174, but i was all into this thread till the comparison against the turbo doo, this is where i had to loose interest, come on guys!! My aerocharged xm last year would see 62-65 mph track speed at any given time, and trust me ground speed was pretty fast.. But anyway keep...
So far with just 70 miles on it I love it. Would not change back. Even my 14 yr old boy gets on it and doesn't want to give it back. Then I'm stuck on his weak pro. Lol. But to each their own, I think the viper is a home run, reliable power and good chasis is exactly what I was waiting for.
Was a awesome day, the viper ran absolutely flawless, had not 1 issue with my turbo install, was totally impressed how well they run. I have a little video but can't load it on here, says file too big. Ill try to compress it and see if it works.
