In a good way though? Catwalking every where is fun and all, but if you can't climb a hill that might be an issue lol
The competition between manufacturers is a key element in the improvement of sled but its funny to see how much of a pissing contest its become the last few years lol...
I was wanting to give a heads up, and an hour after I started the thread Ortovox emailed me saying they were done and shipped back to me already lol. The entire process is going to take just shy of 3 weeks still so better now than later. Who knows, maybe we'll be riding Remembrance day weekend...
I use an Ortovox 3+ and have no complaints. Extremely easy to use, good battery life and can handle multiple burials. As far as I'm aware the Mammut Barryvox is one of the best beacons on the market, but is on the expensive side for sure
Just a heads up all Ortovox 3+ beacons running firmware 2.1 got recalled. Don't waste any time on sending them in as Ortovox emailed me saying it was a 6 week turnaround at their facility. It took 1 week to ship and probably will take 1-2 weeks to ship back.
The very last number that appears...
Anyone ride a 3" 155? I've talked to a few people that said its almost too much bite, and you cant keep enough of it on the ground to keep momentum. I think it sounds like a riot, but is it actually unrideable? I have the 2.4 right now, and found a good deal on a 3" track to throw on. If not...
Like I mentioned before, at the time of first start up I didn't have a fresh set of plugs. One of them was fouled and that ended up being the issue. New set of plugs and it seems to be running as crisp as every. With 2200 miles, I'll keep in mind in the next time it starts like chit to check the...
Replace the brown and green o rings on the top of the injector, but left the blue ones in the fuel rail as they were fine. Did not check the reeds while I was there, and that might be an issue I guess.
Yea the one jug was wrecked pretty bad and was forced to replace the mono block. Compression...
Just put in a fix kit in my 13 pro 800 using Wossner pistons. Never have ripped into a sled like that before and took us a couple tries to install and seal the injectors properly but everything appears to be good now.
Started the sled up and it is running like garbage still. Doesnt quite sound...
Anyone riding Sat and Sun? Me and my buddy have never rode Blue before, wouldn't mind tagging along with another couple guys. Both ride with beacons, radios and have AST 1.
2100 miles on my 13 and she's finally had enough. I have read through the entire thread and still not sure if I should go with a Fix Kit or OEM replacement? Plan on riding the sled next season and then upgrading to an Axys
Very similar to Valemount. Maintained roads leading right to staging areas. Renshaw has two "levels" to the staging area, both are easily accessible. Belle has a little bit of a grade driving up to the staging area but shouldn't be an issue with trailer or deck assuming you're not running bald...
