I believe this UTV has been posted on here before but should be neat to see what shows up to there unveiling next month. Along with this, the Semi Truck prototype is scheduled to debut on December 2nd.
Riderz in Edson, there awesome to deal with. I drove 4 hours to go through them when I bought my sled. My friend just snowchecked with them this year now because of there great service.
Ya as an update I bumped the left side to 80 and right to 70 on the main chambers and changed the reservoirs to 150 and I have been really happy with how they rode. I may lower them down 10 psi in the main chambers. But we will see
TOPGUN Coatings does a fantastic job they did my dirtbike frame and its held up for several years. They kind of specialize in smaller parts and pieces. They also have a ceramic coating that I did the head pipe on thats held up as well.
I have been running powder coated wheels for 3 winters now. One of them has started to rust a little bit through the powdercoat. I believe that is from not getting all the metal shot out from blasting. The other three have held up awesome. I have the santek black coat on them and its extremely...
I would be content if I could set them up to pressure in the morning and ride with them all day not losing pressure or having to change pressures for different riding styles.
Ya it is front left, I did not know they were that unbalanced I currently have both the chambers set at 70psi and the reservoirs set at 150psi. Maybe I will bump the left one up till it sits level. I also noticed right when I got them the one schrader was loose on the one thats sagging. I just...
Just got a new set of fox floats for my 2014 XM. One side seems to sit lower than the other side when they are both pumped up the same by about an inch, has anyone had any problems with there fox floats? Was buying these a bad choice, am I constantly going to be tinkering with them to keep them...
I suppose there is a point when the risk of towing and doing damage compared to the cost of a helicopter ride is pretty close. $600 and 30 min later the sled was sitting safely at the airport, also pretty cool to see.
I was thinking 2 sleds one to each steering knuckle and just go with 2 different length straps has anyone tried that? For the close couplings what do you do stop scratching of powder coat, smashing of taillights etc. ?
Had a sled break down at turtle on Sunday night and tried a bunch of different ways to get it out to no avail. Ended up calling a helicopter in the end. But thought with the infinite knowledge of snow and mud we could decide on the most effective way to tow a sled out. Tried really long rope...
Ya you really have to wait around for a deal on these things. I got the 250R for $250 and put a top end in it and its been bulletproof ever since. Its not much to look a though. How is the 350 compared to the 250? is it a 4-stroke?
Has anybody had issues making warranty claims from using non skidoo oil in an E-TEC? That has always been my biggest concern and reason why I always pony up for the expensive yellow jugged skidoo stuff. My last sled (800 ptek) made it to 4000miles before cooking the top end running the co-op...
