The service at Ralph's is not comparable to what Mountain Tech was. Kinghorn, Ghostriders, and Mountain motorsports are good to deal with in southern AB. I'm hoping that ProAm becomes well refined as a Cat dealer. Ralph's was acceptable when the old man ran it, but when the next generation took...
I've always ridden Cats and will continue to support AC, but Cat Care is not equal to the OEM warranty. It would be great if Cat would bring out a warranty equal to BRP.
Everyone has the right to their own opionion. I hear a lot of negativity about customer service with your dealership and I've experienced it first hand. I've never heard of the dealership taking parts off of a showroom model to keep a customer riding. There are however Cat dealerships that bend...
Going straight would have taken you through to Wilmer and through to Invermere. That is Westside road, your best bet would to buy a backroads map book for the area.
Anyone know who the goofs from Saskatchewan were that were parked all weekend with enclosed trailers at the intersection of Horsethief and Westside? Maybe next time they should do some research on the riding area and where to park before venturing out west. Too bad the log haul isn't happening...
If your running a can there is lots of room in front of it. I installed a belt holder clip from a 900 in the spots. The part can be purchased at any Cat dealer
Awesome!!! I stopped going to Ralphs years ago as well. Only went if I really needed the part. If I could wait I ordered it from Kinghorn. Lets hope Pro-Am looks after their customers like Courtney at Mountain Tech did. I'll see you soon.
I'm interested in riding May long in the valley if someones interested, Quartz - Panorama. I'd use my sxs and 2 place trailer to get to the snow. There must be someone out there that wants to go.
