I just use a proper sized punch to remove. And use and old clutch weigth bolt (cut the threads off ) and install the new bushings against the bolt head into the sheave.

Run er ! Tight spots in tracks, same as any chain drive chain.

Steeper the angle = faster upshift / slower backshift Shallower the angle = slower upshift / faster backshift

I've got a collection of gears, Stock is 19/44 with 74 pitch chain. 18/45 works with the 74P. 18/46 does not work with 74P and a 76P is way to much dog leg and I don't think the slack adjuster has enough range. 19/46 requires the 76P and takes up 75% of the adjuster, which I just ran in Revy...
