Reside Furniture in Edmonton was good to deal with. You can pick colors, configurations, etc and they build to suit. Not sure on leather options though.
Just did this last fall.
Brass checks hold 4-5 psi. Service manual shows any air bubble under 1" is fine. This is for an Axys, but should be the same for the Pro.
I've taken 2 P85 clutches to AMS last year.
Once to balance OG clutch, and 2nd time I added Indy Specialties clutch cover. Both times zero adjustments were needed.
Must be lucky I guess. A brown bill everytime.
