Installed the the tracks off my Grizz to my new Can-Am 800R Max ... :i_need_snow: ... turned out to be more of job than I figured, and I still had to trim the lower front edge of the rear fenders :ohwell: ... but I'm ready now :wtg: ... head'in out Wednesday to do a test ride ...
Washed all the mud off from yesterdays ride :thumbsup2: .... then pulled it into the garage, took off the floorboard & clutch cover so I could remove the STM secondary clutch & put my stocker back on :Cool9: .... now just wait'in for the Fed-Ex guy to show up tomorrow with my new belt :playball:
We've got snow & lots of it ...... up high. They have about 10 to 12 ft right now & expect another couple feet today (it's snow'in at the house right now) .... so flooding is gonna be an issue here soon. :waterskiing:

Changed the gearbox oil, engine oil & filter. Modified the floorboards, and then put the floorboards & center skid plate back on. :yahoo:
Removed the stock fender extensions while I wait for the Koplins to show up !! :thumbsup2:
Just sold my Grizzly & bought a 2011 Can-Am Outlander 800R Max-XT in camo.
Added some accessories like the Modu-Rax system on the front & rear, Ricochet Skids, the "Spine" frame stiffener (had to modifiy it because of the factory inside frame stiffener in the 2011's), Bison front & rear bumpers...
I just bought the Ricochets for my 2011 Outlander 800R Max-XT .... drilled the holes, no problem.
BTW ... you know the 2011's have a factory frame stiffener inside the front 18 inches, right ?? No problems drilling the hole.

Swapped out the clutch roller weights to slightly heavier ones & swapped out the quiet core to the "Power Core" on my exhaust ... :common001: :common001:
Only other costs I had were for the bore job, oil, antifreeze, etc. And if ya don't have a pipe & air filter upgrade, this would be a good time to do those.
And as far as jetting, I'm running one jet richer than stock for my altitude.
This is the kit I used. It had everything in it. All new O-rings, gaskets, even valve stem seals & new seals for the exhaust headers.

Here's few things I did to make sure the support was "tight" & and wasn't pulling the diff inboard.
The piece of angle bolted to the diff - I had to round the "Angle Edge" so it would rotate in & down, snug against the diff.
