Greasing my skid and grease came out of the outer tubing, it appears to be a factory design on a T-3 to have a seam, my non T-3 XM is a solid tube, I know Maxwell would know if this is the way a T-3 comes from the factory vs my other sled, does anyone know if i broke the tube or if this is how...
I have been wearing moto cross knee pads for 20 yrs, finally replaced them as the velcro straps have worn out, i found out in the nineties that gardening foam pads are not a good idea, luckily no permanent damage from.an incident, I value knee pads even more than my tech vest. One good part of...
Victoria vandalism: Bertans should be safe to park their trucks in BC without attaching fake plates going forward, the scum bags are after Americans now, too bad for this guy that he is a Canadian that is moving back to Canada. I have been sledding in BC for 25 years and have never been a victim...
If price range and reliability are a factor i would recommend a 2015-2017 XM 174 with e-start, i have a 2016 X 174 e-start and a 2104 X 163, both purchased at 1 yr old with 300 km, i would like an 850 with either 165 or 175 to gain the shot starter and flickability as i'm 57 years old and the xm...
Im ok with a few hundred willow scratches on my sleds on the trail in, but some folks might not be happy, willows are bent over the trail and even with 5 more feet of snow will help, some pruning would help.
Thanks, I picked up a 2016 174 X with e-start, 300 km and 1 1/2 yrs left on warranty, if anyone is looking for a new 2016 174" X with pull start, give Riverside Honda a call, amazing deal, would have bought it but e-start, spare belt, tunnel bag, seat bag, quick clickers, muff pot add up close...
looking to buy a used T-3 174"or a Gen 4 in 165" or 175", Love my 2014 163 X XM but want more track, Caveat emptor law applies and all ads say no belt issues, It seems like getting a 2016 174 X with 2 more years warranty might be a safer way to go in light of all of the bad press on the 850, My...
I would be checking the PTO stub with a dial indicator before doing a top end, if the crank runout is excessive and the pistons are done it might be better to sell the sled as is rather than doing a top end and having a crank bearing fail and needing a crankcase and crankshaft. Or do the bottom...
5 yrs with Habervision fans, have 3 pairs, too loud for snow skiing, don't hear them much on a sled though, web site orders have all been seamless, I recommend trying them.
I have an 154"08 XP 800X and a 163"14 XM 800X, I have been mountain riding since 1996 on a 156"Summit S chassis and several 151"& 159"ZX Summit's and found that the XP did not side hill especially in marginal snow as well, so I did the 2010 rear skid upgrade, S-36 narrowing kit, and T-Motion...
Have one on my 14 XM, Nice and quiet when you need it to be and just the right bark @ WOT. premium quality construction, I have met several guys running the same can and they all are very happy.
my 2014 X 163" is amazing, I have never owned a stock sled before but I will leave this one alone, I have out climbed every stock competitive brand every time.
