there is a reset switch usually underneath the front of the trailer
if you battery went dead it will usually trip this when plugged in
this isnt part of your breaker panel but just a resetable master that affects battery power to your trailer and also wont let your inverter charge your battery either

i replaced two batteries before i figured this out
my trailer was a 2003
