SpaceX has produced reports acknowledging their carbon foot print from their rockets. Starship and Super heavy use the new Raptor engines, which burn methane and liquid oxygen. The existing Falcon and Falcon Heavy rockets used the Merlin engines that consumed Kerosene and liquid oxygen. The intent with the new engines and fuels is to reduce carbon emissions and increase performance.

Some billionaires burn boatloads of fuel in their yachts, other billionaires burn boatloads of fuel in their rockets to provide internet to every corner of the globe. Rich man ambitions I guess.

One video l watched they kept a pretty good visual on the rocket through to failure of the booster. The flame pattern l found interesting. The noise seemed pretty intense. There was definitely some crazy resonance.

If you say it loud enough and often enough, no matter how big the lie, people will believe it. Quoted from climate Barbie.

Good thing current NASA isn't leading the way. I need to get to Florida and experience some of this.

These test flights are done near Brownsville, Texas. They are building another base in Florida as well. Would be so cool to watch this in real life.
