Yes, they are wider so they have more contact with the spindle and the ski and they are a harder rubber so they don't squish out so easy. They hold the ski much more parallel to the tunnel so they reduce stucks by not allowing the ski to bend straight up so easily. And the price is good.

I got them on but haven't rode yet. It took a little more effort than a well placed block of wood to get the bolt in. I had to bust out the BIG Channelocks.

Any advice on instal? Not trying to sound dumb, but I have no idea how to drive the bolt back through. Do the 4 knobs on the bottom of rubbers have to seat into the ski braces first?

Guys that have newer skis have cut the bottom nubs off to make install easier. If your ski is worn and wallowed out then these nubs help tighten everything up. Your choice but we usually don't cut them off if we can get the bolt in. We do always place a 4x4 wooden block under the inside edge of the ski after starting the bolt from the outside. This twists the ski straight so you can get the bolt through.

Yes, skis does not tip up to 90 degrees and get you stuck. There is still flex but much more restrained.

Heads up to anyone running the stock rubbers with skis in narrowest position. Once the oem rubber cracks, you'll likely bend the ski bolt and bushing ....
Anything is better than stock ....

Yea that might be my problem. The bolt might be tweaked and I now my dealer isn’t open lol

When l put these in l had to get the BIG channelocks out to get enough twist on the ski.

That was the key. Had to get my buddy to bring his over and it took us 10 minutes to finish. Fought with one side for an hour last night

I just got these installed, I didn’t have a large pair of channel locks, so I used a clamp to compress the rubber.
