  • Oh I forgot to mention that there is a guy here in PG that has the same sled as you and he is running a Comet clutch. He loves it from what I hear. I do not know anything about those clutches except that you can get one from Royal Distributing. They say 468.00 and up for calibrated complete. Again I know nothing about them but if you sign up on dootalk he is yammadoopolcat I think. He would be able to answer any questions about it. I am not sure what you are thinking but i just thought it was another option. I am pretty sure you would lose your e-start and i worry about the harmonics thing I mentioned before, but you never know.
I was bored so I looked at the price from what I can see you will need. sheave with bushing already installed 251.99, spring cap with bushing installed 69.46, pins if wrecked 21.23 each x 3 =63.69, ramps if not able to save 34.49 eachx3 =103.47, rollers from Creston 75.00 for 3, plastic washers next to rollers 3.99 x6=23.94, you may need o-rings for sliders3.49x6 =20.94. I don't know what the sliders look like but they are 7.49 x6 =44.94. This is assuming that your fixed sheave is OK and your arms are OK. I think is is about 750.00 with taxes if you need all the parts, it sucks and I have been there except my sheave was Ok. The wife made me sleep on the couch for a couple of nights LOL. I was pretty mad too cause my sled was only two years old and still on warranty but they would not touch it because they were wear items. Have you looked in your secondary yet. See Ya, finndoo
