No, I never tried getting a hold of Gerald. My issue with Nuance goes back 4 or 5 years and after contcting George - he got me results. I have not had any speaker issues since.

No I haven't had any luck at trying to get the blown amp fixed and out of frustration gave up about 4 months ago. Waiting for a good break away from work before I continue on trying to get it fixed.
