Good to hear that there is still some snow to be found. Last year we tried to go to Revy after Christmas, and I phoned to book that 3 weeks before. I tried every hotel in town, even in Sicamous. We ended up staying in the "rustic" bunkhouse at the Smoky Bear Campground & B&B the first night, and WOW, it was way beyond rustic. We then called some of the other hotels, and they had some cancellations, so we did a little hotel jumping, and all was good. I can't complain too much about the first night, because without those rooms, we wouldn't have been able to come and experience Revy like we did. Later, I found out why it was so busy those days, it was the grand opening of the ski hill. I booked the Glacier House over 3 months ago, and had a hard time getting the rooms we did. Have you been out to Turtle Mountain before? I hear that you make a right part way up the furthest right trail into Boulder. Not sure if there would be any better chance of finding some fresh stuff in there or not?
