Waiting to hear how the 2012's are going to work with their new clutching, gearing, jackshaft length, cylinder ports and I expect some ECM changes??

You can even tell us how that funny looking belt gaurd is working.

Chris, when I get my sled I'll give you a full report after the first ride or two. I'm the last spring order to arrive at the dealer and my sled is still in Quebec!

Go figure......."early delivery guarantee" likely to kick in!

hmmm mines been sittin at the dealer for awhile, even trying to decide if its getting any goodies I previously hadn't considered.

These 2012's are going to impress I think.....oh and you missed one of the big changes on the motor...pretty interesting stuff.

And what is the big change in the engine are you referring to? The new pistons?

oh okay, maybe not a big change...a minor change, that could lead to bigger results. And, not pistons.

I can't figure out why the updated parts are half the price of the same item for the 2011. hmm.

It should get yet! Don't they have a chip or something in them to hold them back until it has a certain amount of hours?

my sled performed amazingly yesterday at quartz. I was amazed with the throttle response and the narrow ski stance. overall pretty happy I bought a new one. There is no "chip" on these as far as I understand. The computer is derating its self a bit and adding extra oil and fuel until it is broke in. I've heard lots of rumors on how it works and have heard 3 tanks of fuel before its broke in, also head 20hrs, also 200 miles, also 150 miles, ETC... They say when it is done its break in period this thing will wake up and suprise the heck out of a guy and be better on fuel and oil.

these sleds you rode did they have the stock gearing in them? I was wondering about that low gearing, and that clutch setup.
Any in your group with a 3 inch?
