Thought i would post some pictures of the Outlander 650 with its new tracks and plow installed

Wow does that work great.
TRACKS:
The BRP Tracks will go through almost any snow (only good for snow)
Speed is reduced by 40% which does not matter much
Floats over rough spots better than the tires
Sure kicks up the snow
Will climb almost anything
Pulled a 600lb tub trailer loaded with signs through 18" snowdrifts (through the shore weeds and bull rushes)

PLOW:
Love the spring load trips when you hit something is Ice, rocks, stumps
The latching mechanisim that hold the blade to the belly of the quad needs redeigning - shitzzz 1 hour into use and it broke haha.

I am thinking of maybe putting tracks on my rhino for next year for when I go ice fishing.

These are the BRP Apache Tracks and can only be used in snow (1 season)

Interested to see just what they will go through for drifts will put more pictures in #2 post as teh winter goes on.

You can also get the 4 season tracks too.

Ya just have no idea what Tracks will actually do till you have to push them. I've had them on for 4 yrs and luv 'em.

By the way nice pics of the BRP.

I dont mean to hijack but I was considering getting a set of tracks for my quad but dont know if it would be big enough. Its a honda 420 would it have enough power to turn a set of tracks.

Depends on what you want it to do. Expect, on your Honda, a top speed of 15-18 mph if its a manual shift.

I had my tracks on a 300CC Polaris Hawkeye. Slow, but a great climber.
The 400HO pulls them great & the 550 is all I need.
