impellers and wear rings

I rebuild the impellers if you’re interested in that. If you got a stainless liner then I can do it. If you don’t I would highly recommend getting one. I don’t do the liner, the machinist I use is retired and I don’t want to get him to do that much work. But he does an awesome job of getting the impeller tight.
Here is a few I’ve done. It’s a fraction of the cost of replacement. If there’s not much rock damage I only charge $250 for a rebuild.

These two were pretty rock damaged. Did around ten now. All have worked awesome.

Not going to get any better then that .
If you can do Sport Jet you can do the Hamilton or Scott as well .
I would advertise on the boating forums as well as lots of boats running around with wore out pumps .
Probably 90% . Lol

Yah I would like to try a hammy and a Scott. I just did sport jets so I perfected it on mine and a couple of buddies before I tried selling the service. I’ve seen a few job from the professionals in the business and I would put my quality higher to be honest. But that’s because the machinist he has 40 plus years of doing turbines and impellers, I can’t say enough good about him to justify his work.

They will sell replacements. But they won’t sell stainless liners in the wear ring unless they get someone to do it for them. Mercury only sells all aluminum wear rings.

Chris at OK Tire in Stoney Plain used to have new impellers as well for good pricing .

I bought my impellers and wear rings from Kehoe Marine, but Im not sure if Roger is still working. He was trying to retire.

He is trying but he still does them. Some times it takes a week or longer lol.
