Enclosed sled trailer

Well after years of rocking the deck and open 2 place trailer we finally got the go ahead to start looking for a good used enclosed.
First question. What does everyone run for length. I own a 174 xm an usually at least one of the other sleds is a 174. How long of a unit does a guy need for 4 of them brutes.
I'm not even gonna ask this its going to be a deck over cause wheel wells in a trailer is plain stupid.
What's everyone recommend for brands. We'll be putting a heater and such in it down the road.

Have a 27', can fit 5 sleds in it from 162-174". Tight but they do fit

Budget is around that ten grand mark. From what I've seen around I'd like to have something in that 26 or 27 foot range.
What make is yours Steve?
With 5 in there is that 4 in the corners and one in the middle?

We usually loaded 5 in a 27ft by driving the first 4 in from front to back, kicking the back ends of the ones in the front to each side, and backing the 5th in.

We put 4 in mine...8.5X22 plus the v.....5 would be tight in mine. Will be going up for sale soon but will be more $$$

You will find something out there in that price range but not many

Little bit of a pain but you just get use to it. The ramp door angle is pretty low for easy loading.

Mines the same. 4 just fit. No way on 5. Worst part about that size would be the man door opens up right to a sled side panel/running board. Kinda awkward to jump a sled to load/unload bags etc. End up using the front ramp.

Just my opinion, and it is just that, an opinion. After hauling several trailers over the years, I would recommend and equipment style hauler. Heavier axles, and the lower deck handles much better on the road. Inside wheel wells aren't a big deal, just cover them with superglides or something similar. I've owned an MTI (Middlebury) trailer, quality was very good, was a good trailer for me. Currently have a Mirage Teton Sport 30' (car hauler with a v-nose) love the trailer as well.

My current trailer is a Cargomate 20' plus 4' v nose with front ramp as well. It is an extra height and beaver tail mid height so the inside wheel wells are low and angles to drive over. I could get 4 sleds in there if needed with lots of rooms for gear and gas. I paid 10,500 brand new.

We have fit 6 in mine 146s to 153s,29 foot mission like the all aluminum truck doesnt feel it and tows very nice

Wanna sell it for $10000???? You can get some real nice trailers that tow really well that are all aluminum but usually way above the 10k mark.

Theres a couple 20 footers on kijiji for 12 right now but have just the wooden floors nothing fnacy inside but well worth it to try and get into aluminum
