Thats one kool looking bridge in the back ground,,, a bit of work getting it standing i bet
Yep its an irrigation flume and was built for Columbia Valley fruits and vegetables back in the early 1900s. There are lots of irrigation ditches all my area. The company went bankrupt and the land was returned to the queen and is now crown land.

My friend was moving old small drilling rigs in the Amazon jungle and they crossed lots of tree trunk bridges lashed together with long stripes on tree trunk string...

They'd creek and moun with the draw-works on the bed truck crossing in granny gear...

Lots of guys refused too do it...

There actually stronger then alot of our North America bridge crossings...

Amazon bridge building crews take care of them,,, locals pitch in since they appreciate using them when going too the larger villages for supplies...

They say walking the ravin trails are hard on humans and donkeys... Wears everyone out over the years...

That's kool knowing that this structure is in Canada of all things...
