Im in the habit now of giving it just a bit of throttle every time I start it. Worked like this for this long LOL. My Cat was the same way. Sometime would start and sometimes not unless a little throttle was given.

A guy in our group bought a new 800 this year and he fouled 3 sets before even getting the sled loaded LOL. Took it back to Cycle Works and they reflashed the ecm (so they claim) and knock on wood it’s been fine since.
