If things stay the same that won’t happen Doug. They are sitting in super majority territory right now. Everyone can join Trudeau and it wouldn’t be enough seats. There is so much turmoil right now in the Liberal party I’m not sure they could pull it off. There are members quietly saying the Turd must go and a rebuild of the party will be needed. One Liberal MP said we now have the first NDP prime minister in Canadian history.
The polls and pollsters keep telling us that (super majority territory) but stranger things have happened. We know how fickle people are and there maybe enough of those to turn the tides when the voting happens.
I’m pretty sure I have found 2 Trudeau supporters in our neighbourhood but they are trying to hide their feelings and have been making a few slip ups lately.

What’s your solution? You want to lead us? How do we appoint you? Right now we use an electoral system. What is your solution to changing that? Should we let someone just take the position like a third world country? Gotta do it some way, so pitch your idea.

Gov't employment is out of control, approx 20% of working adults in canada work for some level of gov't. Insane number.
Think about the insane number of people that have the job of implementing the carbon tax and sending rebate cheques out. It has to be huge. That’s why government employees vote Liberal all the time. Liberals want big government and Conservatives want less government.

I am a little leery about the next election and the skulduggery that may go on.
A scenario that could happen would be that the Liberals, NDP, and/or the Bloc do not get enough votes to form a majority. The Conservatives get the numbers and could form a majority government.
So Trudeau goes to the Lt. Governor and says, the NDP and/or the Bloc would join a coalition with the Liberals to have a majority government. Will you allow that to happen once again as you did in the last election?
Wouldn’t that be something coming right out of nowhere and throwing a monkey wrench into everything?

The monkey wrench might be that if he loses the election & @ this point it is almost certain. He does not have to resign as prime minister, it is customary & that is traditionally what happens. Many of us including myself are not aware of this.

He thinks he can pull a rabbit out of his hat like he did in 2015. He was a third party choice back then and was a long shot. The only difference between then and now is then no one knew him really. Now he is well known for how much damage he can do. He will get pounded but will delay leaving telling his party he can rebuild them. I don’t think they will let him. Nobody likes him

You are not alone. bet there are a few others too. The brother that likes the idiot even tries to talk to my other brother about it and he tells him to pound sand.
my brother's favourite come back when we start talking politics is, " Where did you hear that? Rebel News?"

You should introduce him to some of the committee hearings regarding the Liberals corruption. If he has even half a brain he will see how bad they are

And all the csis warnings about election interference mean nothing..... isn't the definition of insanity doing the same thing and expecting a different result?
